Privacy policy
Draft, last updated 18 October 2026. To be reviewed by a lawyer before launch.
Summary
We don't sell your data, we don't track you across apps or websites, and our games (including Cutwise) don't collect personal data at all.
Our games
Our games, including Cutwise, store your progress, settings and Daily Puzzle streak only on your device. They do not create an account, do not contain advertising or analytics, and do not send personal data to us or to third parties. If a future update or game works differently, this policy will say so before that version is released.
Some games offer an optional one-time purchase (for example, Cutwise's "Full game"). Purchases are handled entirely by Apple's App Store or Google Play under their own privacy policies; we never see your name, payment details or account. The game only learns whether the purchase was made, so it can unlock the content.
This website
This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking scripts. Like any website, the hosting provider may keep short-lived technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the service secure and running.
When you contact us
If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you. We keep that correspondence for as long as needed to help you, then delete it.
Children
Our games are suitable for all ages and do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top. Questions about privacy: hello@northwisegames.com.
