Which devices are supported?
iPhone with iOS 15 or later. Android requirements will be published with the Android release.
Where is my progress saved?
On your device only. Your levels, stars, settings and Daily Puzzle streak are saved automatically every time you play, and the game reopens exactly where you left off.
Can I move my progress to a new phone?
Not yet, because progress stays on the device. We're looking at an optional way to move it in a later update.
The sound or music is too loud / too quiet.
Open Settings in the game to turn music, sound effects and haptics on or off separately.
I'm stuck on a level.
Every level can be solved. Tap Hint to see a free arrow, or use Undo as often as you like. Relax mode removes hearts entirely.

How do I play?
Swipe across the shape to cut it. While your finger is down, a dashed line shows the cut. Leave every gem alone in its own piece, using the cuts shown at the top. Pieces without a gem fall away.
Why won't my cut go through?
A cut that would slice through a gem, a twin link or a steel bar is refused, and the line turns red to show what's in the way. Try a slightly different angle.
What does the Full game include?
The first three chapters (60 levels), the Daily Puzzle and Relax mode are free. The one-time Full game purchase unlocks chapters 4–10, 140 more levels. There are no ads and no subscriptions.
I bought the Full game but it's locked.
Open Settings in the game and tap Restore purchase, signed in with the same Apple ID you bought it with. With Family Sharing, family members can restore it too.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
I'm stuck on a level.
Every level can be solved within its cuts. Tap Hint to see a helpful cut from where you are, use Undo as often as you like, or switch to Relax mode for unlimited cuts.
